How to Book Your Event Care
We understand that organising a wedding involves many moving parts. We have made our booking process as simple and reassuring as possible, ensuring you feel completely confident in the care arrangement long before the big day arrives.
1. Get in Touch To start the conversation, please visit our [Get In Touch] page or contact us directly. Let us know the date of your event, the venue, and a little bit about the guest who requires support. We can then recommend the package (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) that best suits your needs.
2. The Consultation Once we have established availability, we will arrange a comprehensive consultation. This can be done via Teams, over the phone, or in person—whichever you prefer. During this chat, we will discuss:
Logistics and timing for the day.
Individual care needs and mobility requirements.
Mutual expectations to ensure everyone is comfortable.
Any existing care routines we need to work around.
3. Your Personalised Care Plan Following our consultation, I will draft a detailed itinerary and care plan that documents every stage of the event. This ensures nothing is left to chance, from arrival times to dietary requirements and medication prompting.
4. Approval & Confirmation I will send the plan to you for your review. We can discuss any necessary amendments to ensure it is perfect. Once you are happy with the proposal and expectations are met, we will confirm the booking, securing the date for your peace of mind.
5. Relax and Enjoy With the plan in place, you can relax knowing your loved one will be safe, independent, and enjoying the celebration right alongside you.
How do we book the service?
In order to secure the date a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required.
The outstanding balance is required 30 days prior to your event.

Can we change the Date once booked?
We will if at all possible, try to accommodate a change of date but cannot guarantee this.
Can we change the Package once it is booked?
Yes, the Package can be amended up to 30 days prior to the wedding when full payment will be expected.
What if we need to cancel your services?
If this were to happen, we appreciate that these things do. Please take a look at our terms and conditions.
Do you have appropriate insurance?
Yes, I have both insurance for my car and public liability insurance
Are you DBS checked?
Yes, I have an up to date enhanced DBS.
What if introduction visits are required to build a rapport?
These additional visits will be charged at £20 per hour and mileage will also be charged at 0.45p per mile.
How do you keep my data and information private?

Would you be happy for us to take photos or ask your photographers to take a few to promote our service.
We would value your consent to share photographs of us providing our service with your loved ones and possibly capturing some guest interactions and hope that this would be acceptable to you, we will seek your explicit consent and be very careful to preserve dignity and promote independence of your loved one.
