Please Note: While our vehicle is not a seated Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV), it is ideal for guests who can comfortably transfer from a mobility aid into a standard car seat.
Ample Storage: We have significant space to securely transport folded wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility aids, ensuring they are ready the moment we arrive.
Venue Liaison & Site Reconnaissance: We act as your logistical lead. Prior to the wedding, we explore the venue to identify the closest parking, the smoothest paths, and any potential obstacles. We coordinate directly with venue staff to ensure that when we arrive, the transition from car to ceremony is discreet, dignified, and entirely obstacle-free.

As a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience in supporting those with chronic conditions, life limiting diseases, frailty and memory care, I can’t help but bring a clinical eye to a celebratory role. This means I am constantly aware and monitoring for comfort, hydration, and "over-stimulation" without your guest ever feeling "managed."
Discreet Venue Navigation: From the drinks reception to the wedding breakfast, we provide a steady arm and a watchful eye. We navigate uneven paths or steps at the guest’s own pace, maintaining their dignity and ensuring they are always positioned for the best view and the best experience.
Total Coordination: We work in harmony with your wedding planners and caterers to ensure your guest's needs are met "behind the scenes," allowing the family to simply be family and enjoy the occasion.

A Gentle End to a Wonderful Day When the celebrations wind down, the VIP treatment continues. We wend our way back home, chatting about the day's highlights and the memories made. Once home, I ensure with their consent that the Special guest is comfortable, and settled with a cup of tea (if they like) and their medication prompted if required, before informing the family they are safe and sound.
